Easy Baby Tracker
Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your Easy Baby Tracker account and associated data without signing in or reinstalling the app.
Request deletion by email
- Email Hussain.Ruhollah@gmail.com with the subject Easy Baby Tracker account deletion.
- Include the email address or username you used in the app. For a username-only account, provide a reply address where we can contact you.
- Say whether you want to delete your account, information about your child, or both. You can also request deletion of particular data without closing your account.
Never send your password, verification codes, identity documents or baby-care logs in the initial request. If more information is needed to establish your authority, we will explain what is necessary.
Sending the email starts a request; it does not instantly erase data. We will confirm your identity and authority, clarify the scope and any retention required by law or other caregivers' rights, and confirm completion separately. Applicable statutory response deadlines still apply.
Delete your account in the app
Open Settings > Account > Delete all my data, enter your current password, and confirm. The operation removes your sign-in account and family membership and clears local key-value settings when it succeeds. Other caregivers retain access to shared family records.
Important limits and retained data
- Cloud records: the current in-app deletion flow does not recursively erase all child profiles, activity logs, timers and other nested family records. Removing the last family member removes app access, but those records can remain until separately removed. No automatic cleanup schedule is currently guaranteed.
- Associated records: soft-deleted logs, invite records and push tokens whose cleanup failed may remain. Include these in a request for deletion of associated account data.
- Shared information: a request concerning a child's records requires verification of parental or guardian authority and consideration of other caregivers' rights.
- Purchases: deleting an app account does not refund a store purchase or erase Apple's, Google's or RevenueCat's records retained for purchase access or legal accounting requirements.
- Device copies: photo files, widget copies, backups and exported files are not guaranteed to be removed by the account control. Remove copies you control separately; uninstalling the app alone does not delete cloud data.
- Correspondence: support emails are retained as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations.
The account-deletion flow and complete data erasure are different operations. Contact us for confirmation of what has actually been removed, rather than relying on loss of app access as proof.
